The Baltimore is a utility style midi length dress, with a waistband featuring elastic through the back for ease and comfort of wear. Designed to be slipped on over your head, with a non working centre front button placket with feature horn button. The dress features oversized utility styled pockets and an A-line silhouette for an easy, comfortable fit though the waist. The Baltimore features a shirt style sleeve with cuff.
