Can I Lay-by my order?

We don’t want you to miss out looking fabulous in that frock so we can absolutely arrange a lay-by. Contact the store on 0499 846 611 or email yamba@belindasstore.com or to set-up your lay-by, carefully read our lay-by instruction and policy below:

Lay-by

Setting up your lay-by

• Pop all your beautiful things in the shopping cart • Enter your shipping and billing details
• Enter the promo code "LAYBY" • Your cart will automatically be deducted, leaving only a non refundable deposit of 30% owing
• You will have 8 weeks to complete the rest of your payments. You can easily make payments by emailing yamba@belindasstore.com with the amount you would like to pay and we'll send you an invoice and updated lay-by balance.
• As soon as your layby has been paid in full, we'll post your goodies! Lay-by Details • Sale items can not be put on lay-by
• All laybys are strictly 8 weeks • A non refundable deposit of 30% is required to establish your layby
• All laybys must be completed within the time frame or your layby will be automatically cancelled and your non refundable deposit will be forfeited
• Any cancellation of your layby will result in the forfeit of your 30% non refundable deposit
• Belinda’s Store reserves the right to cancel your layby, without notification, if your layby is not finalised by the end of the layby period
• Layby items will only be posted once payment is made in full
• If you need to return your layby, you must contact us immediately. You will receive a credit note for your order once returned. Your credit note will be less the 30% non refundable deposit.

If you are stuck for time and have an event, trip away or just need help with your wardrobe or home then we would love to help. We can help you personalise and put together Parcel’s of Love for loved ones, friends, family, corporate gifts for staff, your favourite little people and just about an occasion!

Gifting a purchase

Our favourite past-time is gift wrapping! So we would love to wrap your parcel up with love. Just pop it in the notes section when checking.

Add a card to your Parcel of Love

Yes! You can add a card to your gift. You can search all greeting cards on the website under Elm Cards. Add exactly what you would love us to write on the card in the notes section when checking out.

Can I change my shipping address or payment method after my order is placed?

Absolutely. Contact the store on 0499 846 611 or email yamba@belindasstore.com with your correct details as soon as possible and we will change it over to ensure your parcel arrives promptly.
